How long is a typical organizing session?
Each session is usually 5 hours long with 2 organizers, which allows us to make big progress without overwhelming you.

Do I need to be home during the organizing session?
Not always! Some clients love being hands-on, while others prefer we handle everything and check in at the end. It’s completely up to you.

What areas of the home do you organize?
We handle every space in your home—from kitchens, closets, garages, and home offices to basements, attics, storage units and commercial spaces.

Do you provide packing and unpacking services?
Yes! Whether you’re moving in or out, we carefully pack, label, and unpack so your new home is set up in an organized, functional way from day one.

What happens to items I no longer want?
We offer third-party selling assistance for valuable items and also manage donations and responsible disposal, so nothing goes to waste.

How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on the project’s size and scope. We’re happy to provide a custom quote after a free consultation so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you travel outside of your area?
We primarily serve Middlesex, Hartford, New Haven, and Fairfield counties, but can travel further for larger projects—just ask!

Will you make me get rid of things?
Absolutely not. We guide you through decluttering, but the final decision on what stays or goes is always 100% yours.

Do you bring supplies?
Yes! We bring basic organizing supplies like bins, labels, and bags. If specialized products are needed, we’ll source and recommend options that fit your style and budget. Clients usually order the products we recommend prior to the session. Personal shopping is available at an added cost.
